All information, materials, and guidance provided by NMS Rail are for general training and employment support purposes only and should not be construed as legal, safety, or professional advice.

Completion of any NMS Rail training programme, course, or assessment does not in itself guarantee employment, competence, or certification. It remains the responsibility of the individual and their employer to ensure that all required certifications, licences, and competencies are current, valid, and meet the standards of relevant industry regulators and governing bodies.

Recruitment Services
While NMS Rail exercises due diligence in candidate vetting, referencing, and placement, NMS Rail does not accept liability for any errors, omissions, misconduct, or performance issues relating to candidates once placed with a client. Employers remain responsible for verifying qualifications, right-to-work documentation, and suitability for specific roles.

Liability Limitation
NMS Rail, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from the use of its training or recruitment services, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

All parties (including trainees, candidates, and employers) are responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant statutory, contractual, and safety obligations. NMS Rail accepts no responsibility for any breach of law, regulation, or site rule by individuals or organisations engaging with its services.
